My Christian walk began on the first Sunday of 1972 when I became saved. Not too long after, I began to experience a strong passion for seeking a deeper understanding of God. And one night, God spoke to me in a dream concerning a small group of ladies who met every Wednesday for prayer and fasting. After receiving this revelation, I decided to obey God's lead. And for the next 16 years, from 1975 through 1991, I devoted myself to this group and God began to manifest His supernatural powers through my life.

One of my favorite stories highlights one of the greatest miracles that God performed in our fasting group. Word was widespread how God was using our group and people from all over Jamaica would attend to receive a revelation from God for themselves. And on one such occasion, a certain man came to our fasting group for special prayer. I was lead to pray for this man by our group leader and as I laid my hands on him, the Holy Spirit came upon me with a vision of a "For Sale" sign. The only thing I could say in that prayer was, "For sale, sell it." No other words could come out of my mouth except these words only. And to everyone's surprise, the man stopped the prayer and said that he came specifically to ask God if he should sell a piece of property the he owned. So, being obedient to God, he sold his property. And through his profits, he purchase a portion of a mall in the city of Mandeville and was directed by God to give one of the buildings to the fasting group. And through this one donation, this once small fasting group has become one of the largest mega-churches in the city of Mandeville, called the New Testament Church of God.

In 1991, God moved me out of Jamaica into the United States to provide better opportunities for my family and to continue growing my successful wholesale import/export business venture. This would not have even been an option for me to move to the United States, had not God given me a revelation years prior. I was on my way to work one morning while still living in Jamaica, and as I was waiting for a cab to pick me up, the Holy Spirit came upon me suddenly with the story of Joseph being called out of prison in Genesis 41:14. And after playing the story in my mind, the Holy Spirit spoke a word to me and said, "Your name is Joesph, too. Why not tell America to call you?" Immediately, I began crying and calling out for America to send and call for me. And within a few days, I received a message from my brother saying that some old friends were gathering together in a prayer meeting at a church in New York City and had asked about me, so they pooled their resources together and sent me a plane ticket for me to come and see them. And from that visitation to New York City, the import/export wholesale business was created and I was able to acquire enough money from profits to send my family to live in the United States.

After years of successfully growing my business and making millions of dollars in profits, the Holy Spirit once again came upon me and said that I should bring an end to the business. This was a very hard decision for me to make. In fact, it took almost an entire year to finally wrap everything up and put a stop to it. And since ending my business, God has sent me into a wilderness. I have willingly given up everything for the sake of obeying God to the max. And this wilderness has tested me in every area of strength and endurance, both physically and spiritually. But, God continually makes Himself known to me to remind me that He is right here with me. Everyday, I get a word from God. It is a word of revelation. It is a word of hope and life. And these words carry the fullness of the power of Kingdom of God. And I have been anointed into a ministry to preach this gospel of the revealed word throughout all the world. I live by every word that is spoken by the mouth of God into my life. These words get me through each day as they come. I know and understand how the revealed word works. And I know and understand that every man, woman, and child needs a word from God.
